Let it snow!

zzzzzsnow.jpg

All that rain we were having turned to snow! My kids were so excited at the prospect of having a “snow day” (after a four day weekend!) that they could barely sleep.  They were so sad to wake up this morning to find that it had mostly all melted and they had to go to school after all!

Oh, poor kids!!! How awful for them :(

I remember “snow days” as if it were yesterday. Of course the kids here get a snow day if there was a flake within a 24 period—regardless if it is still on the ground. I kid you not.

Lovely, lovely picture. I miss snow.

By the way, I don’t know if you saw the Starbuck’s post on PDP but it didn’t get as rambunctious as I thought it would. Someone asked that Starbuck’s should send some people a “Paris” mug. Since you live in the “home” of Starbuck’s, maybe you could work something out with them…haha. I love Starbuck’s and I don’t care what anyone says (I think they are just bashing). Yeah…whoever reads this…I said it!

I forgot to mention….you have a very nice name! ;)

It’s a beautiful photo. I love snow.

Lovely picture!

Big fat flakes! Great picture. We thought we were just going to have a 2 hour delay, but about 8 a.m. they canceled school here.

I love snow too!!!
Hey, susan… would love those WP instructions. please email me at sdjuanda(at)gmail(dot)com. many thanks! :)

As a southern California transplant, I have very mixed feelings about the snow. It’s pretty to look at, but it’s um…COLD!!! LOL

Almost all of our snow melted, but never fear, it’s started back up again and the temperature is predicted to be in the mid-twenties so most likely it will stick.

Susan, I had to hunt for the Starbucks discussion and finally found it on Eric’s site. I do know a couple people that work in Corporate, but I doubt they would give me a Paris cup :( I tend to go to one of the zillions of small latte stands anyways. It taste better and I like to help the little guy out!

Santy, it’s on the way!

Beautiful…I love b/w snow photos!

Reminds me of Oak Creek Canyon when it snows. It’s a beautiful scene!

This is beautiful. You can just hear the silence that comes with the scene.
